Smoking Chamber
- This device is designed for automatic smoke and heat treatment of meat, meat products, poultry, fish and dairy products
- Technological process is run by means of a controlling system, which provides for the automatic operation of a smoking chamber. Software enables optional sorting of phases of the technological processes (reddening, drying, dry and wet smoking, cooking and warming-through) as well as composition of a user program with different values for variables (temperature, humidity, time, core temperature, delta-t) in different stages of the process.
- The case of the smoking chamber is made of panel construction. Panels are made of stainless steel and they are filled with polyurethane foam.
- Integral component of the smoking chamber is the smoke generator
- Circulating fans provide for even smoke and heat treatment in any part of the smoking chamber.
- Humidity is controlled by the psychometric sensor.
- Temperature inside the product is measured with a piercing thermo sensor.
- Available types of heating of the chamber: electric, gas or steam.
- Smoking chamber is equipped with an automatic washing system
